Here I create images out of primes. I use the colours of the image to represent composite vs non-composite numbers.
Composite numbers are the opposite of primes, being the multiple of primes. The white you see in the image is either a prime or a composite. The black you see in the image is either prime or not composite of the set of primes being used to generate this image.
Watch the image in fullscreen and in HD. You might be lucky enough to pick up some ‘pattern bangs’ which are transient Moire interference patterns.
