Bolstered by his recent successes in reigning in Al Qaeda and echoing similar policies, US President Obama has demanded that the Debt Ceiling roll back to the 1967 borders. 

The controversial edict spurred immediate condemnation by the Congressional Budget Office who claimed that those borders are completely indefensible. 

Obama is expected to further apply the technique of border rollbacks to other pressing issues.  In a recent conference regarding the AIDS pandemic, Obama suggested simply rolling back world wide diseases to their pre-1980’s state hence curing AIDS in a single stroke.

In another conference regarding the population explosion and world hunger, Obama suggested rolling back the world population to pre 1940’s levels and hence automatically making the issue more manageable.

Obama is said to have applied his new found strategy even in his personal life.  Michelle Obama was stressed with the workload of being a mother of two.  Obama suggested rolling back their number of children to when it was only one child.

The US President is in extensive meetings with his policy advisors to see how else his new technique can be applied.  He has discovered he has more time for such meetings by applying the technique to personal hygiene.  The US President no longer takes showers but simply asks the dirt to respect the pre-soiling boundaries of an earlier time.
