In an attempt to provide conclusive evidence in the climate change debate, the Berkeley Surface Earth Temperature project. Now, I’m certain it’s thorough, transparent, comlete, rigorous and all other good science adjectives I can throw at it.
There is one problem, the ‘debate’ isn’t scientific, it’s political. No doubt strong evidence will strengthen one side of this political debate. However, when it comes to politics, beliefs, driven by political interest come into play.
